We will endeavour to ensure the prompt delivery of orders, although we cannot guarantee that an item you order is 'in stock' as inventory levels vary from day to day. In the event that an item is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address that you provide when ordering.
Allow approximately 3-5 working days for delivery. Subject to stock availability, orders are despatched as soon as possible after the payment of goods has cleared.
We also have the option to pick up from our store instead of have delivery. You choose this at the time of your checkout.
Our delivery fee includes the cost of packaging your items carefully to minimise damage in transit. Our normal shipping cost is $13.20. Shipping for small orders (under $20.00) is $8.80. Orders over $200 receive free shipping.
Fine Invitations will replace any undamaged / unused product(s) within 14 days of purchase as long as the product(s) is returned in its original condition including packaging. Delivery charges on returns are not refundable, and goods are to be returned to Fine Invitations at the customer's expense and risk.
