The Order of Service booklets or cards are the wedding programs that outline the church service or the civil ceremony when you get married. They are a lovely way for your guests to follow your wedding ceremony, understand traditions and take home a keepsake of your special day.
Whether your wedding ceremony is held in a church or other venue, it’s a good idea to have Order of Service booklets or cards for your guests as they arrive, so that they know the sequence of events. The booklets or cards may be presented in a basket, left on the seats or given out by ushers at the entrance to the venue where the ceremony is being held.
Order of Service booklets or cards may include the names of the bridal party, the order of events, and sometimes readings and songs. Some couples like to include a favourite poem or quote, others honour deceased relatives, thank special people or explain unfamiliar religious or ceremonial rites.
Most Order of Service booklets have a cover and 2-3 folded inserts, but the variety is huge and depends on the type of service you are having. See the options below.
Our covers are usually C5 size (slightly larger than the folded A4 sheet, meaning that the inner pages won’t stick out), and you can buy these from us separately if you wish – many people are able to do the inner booklet parts themselves, or know someone else who can. You may also consider ordering paper booklets which do not have a hard cover.

"I would like to say a very big thank you for the job you did on our wedding invitations, order of ceremony booklets and the table place cards. The booklets especially looked fabulous! And they all worked to make the day exactly what we had hoped for."
